It was a great quality and comfortable hotel in a lovely area, next to the center of Lisbon, according to locals, and different neighbourhoods. The location was exceptionally nice and the staff members were excellent.

Characterful hotel in a safe area near to the old center, transport and cafeteria, tram, metro station and a nice walk down town, and according to locals. Excellent and affable staff and attention to detail. Large unit with twin beds. Nice interior design. Good service and perfect and stunning location, great for our needs.

Got fairly quiet queen room with seperate beds & ensuite bathroom when arrived, loved that. The personnel were absolutely kind and gave us loads of advice. The hotel was quiet and in a central location.

Even though everything was good, some of the staff were very unprofessional.

I had a twin room and it was tidy with twin bed. The staff were very very nice, and the services were friendly.

Location right by many restaurants, and the city's attractions. Neat room and LOVELY view of the garden. Amazing beds and clean facilities.

The location of this hotel is excellent as it is close to the metro station and just a short walk from the city center. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms at this hotel, especially the ones facing the garden, were clean and comfortable.

Charming old building right in the city center, two Metro stops from the Rossio. Most friendly, attentive and helpful multiligual staff. Adequately furnished room, spacious bathroom. Lovely garden terrace with small orchard and many flowers for a coffee break, leisure and sundowners. Highly recommendable.

The staff are super friendly and exceptionally kind, offer good services. The breakfast is complimentary, and the location is good just off restaurants, the Rossio in about 10 Minutes, and city center or other attractions.

I had a delightful stay at a charming accommodation in the heart of the city. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro station. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Conveniently located close to Metro station and main tram (ideal for sightseeing). Room facilities were basic but adequate. Room was clean and comfortable. Heater and air-conditioner available.

Be mindful that there is no lift. Not ideal for those with difficulty climbing stairs, however building is 3 stories (6 flights of stairs).

The Pouso dos Anjos is not far from the city centre. You can walk within 20 minutes to the Baixa or just take the Metro, the station is 100 m from the Hotel. I had a very simple room there, but I had not expected any more for 20 € a day. It fitted just perfectly into my budget and any other plans. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean. You just have to know for yourself, if you can live with a common bathroom.

With all their friendlyness, the staff is sometimes, sort of, "distracted". E.G., when the one occupying the reception is preparing his dinner in the kitchen, you may have to wait some minutes, until he will hear your ringing. Or, if you come home after midnight, it may occur that the one from the reception is fast asleep and you have to show some endurance in ringing him awake.
